SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: B&D Towing Customer Care & Dispatch

Program description: B&D Towing Inc. uses its main business number, (714) 835-4910, to have two-way text conversations with customers. Our team members answer customer questions, confirm towing and roadside service requests, and send driver ETA, job status, and service completion updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How you opt in: You agree to receive text messages from B&D Towing Inc. when you (1) text our number, (714) 835-4910; (2) submit the sign-up form at bdtowinginc.com/sms and check the consent box; or (3) tell our dispatcher by phone that you want to receive updates by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Towing and roadside services

Quotes and estimated arrival times are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or call volume. Rates for towing, storage, and related services are provided before service where possible and comply with applicable California law, including the California Vehicle Code. Vehicles towed at the request of law enforcement or from private property are released according to applicable law and may require proof of ownership and payment of lawful fees.

Payment

Payment is due when service is completed unless otherwise arranged, or as billed to your insurance company or motor club where applicable. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance or motor club.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B&D Towing Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or text messaging program. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
